JEE (Main) 2025 Results Declared: Key Highlights from Session 2 B.E./B.Tech Examination
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the results of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2025 for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) conducted in April 2025. The exam was held in two sessions — January and April 2025 — with the best score from either session being considered for candidates who appeared in both.
Exam Overview
The JEE Main 2025 was conducted in two phases:
Session 1 (January 2025): Held on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29.
Session 2 (April 2025): Held on April 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8.
Both sessions were computer-based tests (CBT) and conducted in 13 different languages across 300 cities, including 15 international locations.

The attendance across various shifts of April 2025 ranged between 92.13% to 94.23%, indicating high participation.

Security and Conduct Measures
The NTA ensured a fair and transparent exam process:
AI-based video analytics, live CCTV surveillance, and biometric verification.
Installation of 5G jammers to prevent cheating.
Orientation training for exam officials and coordination with international centres.
Unfair Means
Results of 110 candidates were withheld due to malpractice, and 23 candidates’ results were held for verification of identity details.

NTA confirmed that results for Paper 2A (B.Arch) and 2B (B.Planning) would be released separately.
